Everything was simply brand-new. The room we had was impressive and neat with three couches and a TV and huge shower. Besides, the location was favourable for our stay, within 25 minutes' walk of Muscat Grand Mall. The restaurant was nice for lunch and dinner and for every budget.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice bathroom and a comfy bed. The hotel itself was well-maintained and exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect for our holiday in Muscat, and there was even a lovely coffee shop at the back of the hotel. The staff were friendly and the environment was pleasant. We highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a great hotel experience.
All good! 😊

Clean big rooms, big batroom. Some of the furniture could do with a make over though.
This hotel surely has potential but is completely mis managed. If I were the owner, I would fire the whole management staff who spends most of their time at the buffets and replace them with professionals. To name just a few points: - if you call the hotel for directions they first don't pick up, then pick up but don't talk and finally not pick up at all - roomservice is available but no menu in the hotel. You have to call for it but the room phone does not mention what number to dial. It is just "a phone". I "guessed" the number zero would be reception and they helped me on. It takes then 15 minutes and 2 more calls to get the menu. - emergency lighting in the room ketp on going off the whole night - a choice of 4 cussions but all were the same : hard and too big so I woke up with a painfull neck

Good bright atmosphere. Rooms were very classy and well designed. Bathrooms were clean and comfortable. Only problem was wifi not available in rooms. we had to come to the lobby every time to connect internet.

good value for the money. free internet in the room. parking in front of the hotel. 200m away from the express way-but no noise in the room. convenient, clean, and fair price incl. breakfast.
i had to pay for each day parking the car at the hotel, but is a public place where anybody can park. not sure why a hotel guest needs to pay a fee.

Hotel is great! We liked everything: rooms, staff, design, location and especially food! Breakfast was rich and delicious and they make the best Turkish coffee I have ever tried (even in Turkey:). The staff was very helpful and polite/friendly. Thanks everybody for our great stay in Muscat!

The waves is a very good alternative to the big and expensive hotels which provides and excellent cost-benefit ratio. The staff is very friendly and experienced working internationally. The rooms are comfortable and show a decent design. Hotel was new, but gym was not completed.
The internet connection was via cable. The signal was weak. But you could work. Generally, internet connection should be a high quality wireless and for free (included in the room rate!).
